Litigation pr
We have dedicated a large part of our lives to the management of judiciary media coverage.
"Litigation Public Relations" (or Litigation PR) include the journalistic and public relations activities aimed at managing the communication process in the course of legal proceedings or disputes. .
It is a set of activities that aims to influence the consequences or the impact of the incident on the reputation of a person or a company, operating harmoniously and consistently with the timing of the proceedings.
In the United States - but now increasingly frequent in Italy as well - every day we see the decisive importance that communication has in relation to justice (and vice versa).
Standing trial or going before an inquest without a team of communicators, who are experts in the field, to support the legal team is like fighting a losing battle.
In keeping with what has been happening professionally for years in English-speaking countries and in Germany, we, therefore, offer communication support to some of the most prestigious law firms at a national and international level.
In our field, we are recognised and appreciated for our competence, sensitivity and the respect we show to all the actors at play: suspects, defendants, lawyers, magistrates and law enforcement.
Here's what we know how to do:
- Preventing disputes from being influenced by the disparity between prosecution and defence;
- Guiding the judicial news reports by protecting the position of the defence or the civil party;
- Protecting the customer's reputation before and during the process/dispute;
- Neutralising or reducing negative publicity;
- Making the client's point of view known;
- Explaining complex legal matters to fellow journalists and the general public;
- Facilitating the resolution of conflicts or media incidents.
